Introducing the PFQG

The Pflugerville Quilt Guild (PFQG) was established in 2012 to develop and encourage the art of quilting. Our purpose is to encourage quilters of all levels to share ideas and grow their individual network. We organize classes, workshops and networking events for both personal development and honestly just for fun. When life gives you scraps, why not make a quilt?

We wouldn't be here without our community. As a guild, we support Pflugerville and Central Texas charities and outreach programs with the love only quilting and sewing can provide. Turns out in 2020 that looks like a ton of face masks, but don't worry we still love the Linus Connection & supporting local veterans with Quilts of Valor.

We'd love for you to learn a bit more about us and consider stopping by to visit one of our guild meetings. We warmly welcome quilters of all skill levels- whether you are a modern, traditional, aspirational, awarding winning, or any other kind of sewing enthusiast, we hope you find yourself among friends who also have too much fabric.

Visitors welcome
Guild Meetings

The guild meets at 6pm on the third Thursday of each month at the Pflugerville Library.

Our meetings usually have a short business update for the guild followed by an activity. Previous activities have included a guest speak on a specific aspect of quilting, a demonstration, or even a social event where members can catch up with each other.

Members are encouraged to bring Show and Tell of their latest quilting project.
